Why buyers stay

Specifications we can stand behind

Every roll ships with mill test data for that production lot. If we cannot document a property, we do not claim it.

Numbers you can plan from

Coverage with overlap, rolls per pallet, weight per roll. The figures an estimator actually needs, published rather than promised.

Freight quoted, not guessed

Give us the zip code, the sizes and the quantity. You get a delivered number before you commit, not a surprise on the invoice.

Non-woven spunbond, 1.8 oz / 60 gsm

The weight contractors buy by the pallet. Light enough to carry and cut by hand, heavy enough to stay intact under mulch, gravel and landscape rock for several seasons.

  • 3 x 300 ft — covers 900 sq ft, 750 sq ft with 6 in overlap, 30 rolls per pallet
  • 4 x 250 ft — covers 1,000 sq ft, 875 sq ft with 6 in overlap, 36 rolls per pallet
  • 6 x 300 ft — covers 1,800 sq ft, 1,650 sq ft with 6 in overlap, 16 rolls per pallet
  • 8 x 300 ft — covers 2,400 sq ft, 2,250 sq ft with 6 in overlap, 16 rolls per pallet

Plan from the overlap figure. Seams need 6 inches of overlap to stop weeds tracking through, and on a long run that is where the material actually goes.

The 6 and 8 ft rolls are supplied folded, so they arrive as a manageable roll rather than a full-width one.

Trade terms

What is the minimum order?

Ten rolls. Pallet and container quantities are priced separately.

Do you hold stock?

We import by the container and stock through our California warehouse. Season 2027 inventory is on order — tell us your requirement and we will confirm quantities and timing in writing.

Demand is heaviest March to July, so we ask repeat customers for an indication of their season ahead of time.

How is freight handled?

Quoted to your delivery point before you commit. Pallets are built to 120 x 100 cm and ship double stacked. Tell us the zip code, whether the site takes a 53 ft trailer and whether you need a lift gate.

What payment terms do you offer?

Terms are set when we open your account. Net terms are available to established accounts; first orders are paid on confirmation.

Can I get a sample?

Yes. Tell us the weight and size you are evaluating and where to send it.

Do you private label?

For container volumes, yes — your label on the roll and on the carton. Ask.
