  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 
  • In case of high order volumes, there might be a slight delay in shipment. 
  • We will let you know via email or telephone, if your order will be significantly delayed.

Good To Know: Packages may have delays that are out of our control, such as bad weather conditions or any unavoidable circumstances.


What are Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • FLARMOR ships exclusively within the United States (We currently do not offer international shipments).
  • Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days (transit time, excluding handling time). 
  • The shipping rates for US Standard shipping will be calculated and displayed during checkout. 
  • We also offer Free Shipping for eligible orders.

Good To Know: We provide free shipping for orders that qualify for our standard shipping option.


Do you offer any Discounts or Coupons?

  • For your first order, you can enjoy a 10% discount. 
  • Additionally, we offer a 10% discount through our affiliate program. If you are interested in becoming an affiliate, please use the Refersion app for Affiliate Marketing.

How can I track my order?

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships.
  • Within 24 hours, your tracking number will be active, enabling you to trace your item.

What if there's a delay in my Order Shipment?

Depending on the location, delivery times may change. We will let you know by phone or email if there will be a considerable delay in shipping your item.


Who is responsible for customs and taxes on my order?

  • FLARMOR is not liable for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
  • Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

  • Regular-priced items may be refunded, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We only replace items if they are defective/damaged.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

  • To modify or cancel your order, kindly reach out to our customer care team as soon as possible. 
  • If the order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to comply with your request.

What if my order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping?

  • FLARMOR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 
  • If you receive a damaged order, kindly reach out to the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Ensure that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

What happens if I return a gift?

  • If the product was listed as a gift when bought and sent directly to you, you'll get a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift voucher will be mailed to you as soon as we receive the returned item.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
